No work will begin until the scope is fully agreed upon by both parties.
2. Project Classification
Projects are categorized as follows:
- Personal Jobs (≤ $300)
Personal requests with predefined deliverables. - Corporate Jobs (> $300)
Treated as custom business requests and subject to:- Requirement review
- Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- Formal approval process
3. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made in advance before any work begins.
- No partial payments unless explicitly agreed under a milestone arrangement.
- An official invoice will be issued for all confirmed orders for record-keeping and your reimbursement purposes.
4. Project Timeline & Review Process
- Project timelines are agreed upon after scope confirmation.
- 1st Review:
- Delivered within 24 hours of project commencement (or as agreed based on scope).
- Final Review & Acceptance:
- Completed on the 2nd day, where final adjustments are made and the project is concluded.
5. Revisions Policy
- The project includes limited revisions within the agreed scope during the review period.
- Any request outside the agreed scope will be treated as an additional service and priced separately.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, the client must:
- Provide accurate and complete data
- Respond promptly during review stages
- Clearly communicate requirements during scoping
Delays in client response may affect delivery timelines.
7. Data & Confidentiality
All client data shared will be treated as confidential and used strictly for the purpose of executing the project.
8. Delivery & Acceptance
- Final deliverables will be shared after completion and approval.
- Once the final version is approved, the project is considered closed.
9. Additional Work
Any enhancements, upgrades, or new requirements after project closure will be treated as a new job request or add-on service.
