Customization Policy

A. Free Customization

  1. By purchasing any of our premium templates, you are entitled to free customization.
  2. Free customization relates to changes to not more than 5 existing column titles to reflect user’s/organization’s own terminologies, which affects the structure of pivot fields and dashboards, hence needs to be reset to ensure reference cells, connecting sheets and dashboards function as intended.

B. Paid Customization

  1. Paid customization relates to more than 5 changes to our premium templates, which exceed free customization. This includes introduction of new columns, new column titles, changes to column titles, functions and additional features, creating new reference cells and connecting worksheets, changing of pivot fields which affects the structure of connecting sheets and dashboards or the need to create additional dashboards.
  2. Rate for paid customization is based on the scope of work and charged per template.
  3. The minimum rate for paid customization is $50 per template
  4. Paid customization must be paid in advance in full before work starts.
  5. Our team shall complete a template in 2 business days: 1st review within 24 hours and final review and client acceptance on the 2nd  day   
  6. Acceptance of template is considered passed if client does not revert for changes within 3 days after the delivery date.
  7. Reverting for changes after 3 days will be considered a new work order to be paid 50% of initial cost.
  8. We do not provide refunds for customizations. 

C. Full Custom Service

  1. This relates to all work orders which are not related to any of our premium templates. 
  2. This includes creating new templates, clients bringing their own templates for modification, cleaning up formatting, creating dashboards, removing password, creating formulas and functions, adding automated features with VBA and excel training.
  3. Very basic modifications start at $10.
  4. All other services start at $50 per work order.
  5. A work order is defined as a set of work within our range of custom services related to a single template.
  6. Customization evaluation shall be carried out to ascertain the appropriate service charge.
  7. Service charge must be paid in advance in full before work starts.
  8. Timeline for delivery of custom services spans from 2 business days to a couple of days depending on scope of work, which will be agreed with client.
  9. Acceptance of service is considered passed if client does not revert for changes within 3 days after the delivery date.
  10. Reverting for changes after 3 days will be considered a new work order to be paid 50% of initial cost.
  11. We do not provide refunds for customizations.
