Customization Policy

A. Free Customization

  1. By purchasing any premium templates, you are entitled to free customization.
  2. Free customization applies to minor changes to at most 3 column titles to reflect user’s/organization’s own terminologies or key performance indicators which will distort the pivot fields causing reference errors (#REF!) on the dashboards and connecting sheets hence must be corrected to ensure the template functions as intended.
  3. Full Pack users are entitled to free customization on 1 template irrespective of the depth of changes.

B. Standard Customization

  1. Standard customization relates to major changes to any premium and free template which go beyond basic and free customization.
  2. This includes introduction of new columns, new column titles or changes to column titles, functions and additional features, creating new connecting sheets, inserting new pivot tables which affect the structure of the template and the dashboards or building client’s original HSE database.
  3. Rate for standard customization is based on the scope of work and charged per template.
  4. The minimum rate for standard customization is $20. 
  5. Premium customization must be paid in advance in full before work starts >>> PAY NOW<<<
  6. Our team shall complete a template in 2 business days: 1st review within 24 hours and final review and acceptance on the 2nd  day   
  7. Acceptance of template is considered closed if client does not revert for changes within 3 business days after the delivery date.
  8. Reverting for changes after 3 business days will be considered as a new work order to be paid at 50% of initial cost.
  9. We do not provide refunds for customizations. 

C. Full Custom Service (We only accept orders related to HSEQ)

  1. A full custom service applies to only QHSE templates including our premium and free templates.
  2. This includes creating new templates, clients bringing their own templates for major improvement, creating new dashboards, and adding automations with complex excel functions including features with VBA.
  3. Very basic customization starts at $10.
  4. All other services start at $100.
  5. A work order is defined as a set of work within our range of custom services related to a single template.
  6. Customization evaluation shall be carried out to ascertain the appropriate service charge.
  7. Custom service must be paid in advance in full before work starts >>> PAY NOW<<<
  8. Timeline for delivery of custom services spans from 2 business days to a couple of days depending on scope of work, which will be agreed with client.
  9. Acceptance of service is considered closed if client does not revert for changes within 3 days after the delivery date.
  10. Reverting for changes after 3 days will be considered as new work order to be paid at 50% of initial cost.
  11. We do not provide refunds for customizations.
