Standard customization applies to only QHSE templates purchased from us. This includes changes to our existing premium template, the introduction of new column titles or changes to existing column titles, the introduction of additional features, the creation of new calculations, the insertion of new pivot tables, changes to the structure of the template or revising existing dashboards from the existing source data, or the transfer of the client’s original HSE database.

Steps for Standard Customization on Our Premium Template:

  • Review our customization policy
  • Book a meeting or contact us on the live chat
  • Provide details of scope of work
  • Attach file in the live chat or via email
  • Get confirmation of type of service
  • Make the purchase first and get customization completed in 3 business days.
  • Leave your review after the service (important)

  1. Hi, Need category listed as list using data validation.
    Then sub categories merge as a drop down list.
    then a third column empty to type any unlisted hazards.
    also if possible, auto select as “closed” if the condition was positive?
    and auto “overdue” if the date of due date is older than today. using conditional formatting.
