The Gap Analysis Audit Summary is the summary of the standard requirements, gap analysis findings, and the respective scores and gaps which automatically populates from validated reference numbers. This sheet is protected and locked as it is built with sensitive excel formulas to automate the population of the report. There is no need for users to tamper with this sheet due to the automation.

The Implementation Plan is the sheet for logging all no responses to respective gap analysis questions with their root causes, actions needed, action status, and action plan. This sheet automatically populates the negative responses as users complete the gap analysis. The sheet has a slicer for filtering out the blanks, columns for assigning a responsible person to close the action, and providing action priority and action deadlines to automatically estimate days due or overdue.
