SHEQXEL Master Ergonomic Self Assessment Log is the master version of SHEQXEL Ergonomic Self Assessment Tool designed for recording scores from multiple ergonomic self assessments to estimate overall scores across board as pertaining to the various elements of assessing workstation comfort.

The features include; 

Approved List is for users to provide the list of employees who have participated in the ergonomic self assessment by providing their names, department and workstation to serve as an important feature for predefining the set of parameters which would be used as a dropdown list in the source data and to help keep the parameters consistent all throughout the source data, dashboard and reports. 

Master Ergonomic Self Assessment is the main source data where users provide the summary of % scores from the ergonomic self assessment that have been completed by employees using the individual Ergonomic Self Assessment Tool. The % scores for pre-existing health condition, task chair, desk, computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, desktop items, physical environment, personal storage, work demands, rest breaks and outcome must be entered to estimate the total score indicative of comfort of the employee. These scores would then be aggregated for all workers to provide an overall score of workplace comfort across the organization.

Master Action plan is designed for a simple copy and past in values of the relevant and justified NCs and corrective actions as proposed by employees for an appropriate action plan for closing the actions. The sheet follow the exact format of the individual NC, CAPA and Action Plan for tracking responses that employee has responded No together with their explanations for corrective actions, which make it easy for copy and paste. The sheet has a slicer for filtering out the blanks.

The dashboard is dynamic and beautifully made up of bar chart to represent the average scores across elements such as pre-existing health condition, task chair, desk, computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, desktop items, physical environment, personal storage, work demands, rest breaks and outcome; an assessment score trend across various months; an overall score across an entire workforce indicative of workplace comfort and number of actions, open and closed. 

Other Reports include reports for all the summary of scopes, reports for  pre-existing health condition, task chair, desk, computer monitor, keyboard, mouse, desktop items, physical environment, personal storage, work demands, rest breaks, outcome and action status created with pivot and chart to give graphical overviews which are utilized for the dashboard. Users are free to utilize them for their internal reporting rather than the dashboard.

It is simply a Microsoft excel file hence no installation is required and can run on both Windows and Mac and is compatible with Microsoft Excel 2013 (+ Later Versions)
