Terms and Conditions

• Scope of work must be agreed upon before making any purchase.
• Job orders above $300 are treated as company job request, Request a Quote.
• Every purchased order generates an official invoice and receipt for your record.
• Any request outside the agreed scope will be treated as a new job request.
• Any revision within the agreed scope after 5 days will be treated as a revision request.
• Extended support covers bug fixes and corrections of issues post delivery caused by user which are within the agreed scope for a period of 6 months. Excludes new feature requests or changes outside the original specification
