Corrective Action Tracker (Adapted for Task & Programs Tracker)

The corrective and preventive action tracker was adapted to focus on client specific KPIs. This required that we created a dropdown list of KPIs, and then 8 dependent dropdown lists that would populate based on the first dropdown list, and use as input in the source data sheet which is the main database.  We then replaced 3 columns in the source data with the initiatives, programs and tasks columns and revised the dashboard to reflect tasks from programs, tasks opened vs closed and then tasks completion rate to replace the previous NC, CAPAs, action opened vs closed and the corrective action rate. We subsequently created some helper tables to extract information from the pivot tables to generate 28 progress charts for the 28 programs which were then used to create an additional dashboard, captioned progress dashboard.
